Our Successes
Mr. Johns earned his Master of Laws in Elder Law (LL.M.) from Stetson University College of Law in December, 2008. He is the first attorney in the state of North Carolina to have earned the LL.M. in Elder Law. Nationwide, less than 2% of attorneys have LL.M. degrees. Johns graduated with honors, receiving the Marie Martin Award for writing in ethics.
Mr. Johns has been named by the North Carolina Super Lawyers magazine as one of the top attorneys in North Carolina for 2009. Only 5% of the lawyers in the state are named by Super Lawyers.
Mr. Johns and Mr. Harrington have once again been AV Peer Review Rated in 2009 by the LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell for ethical standards and legal ability.
Mr. Johns has been recognized in 2009 edition of Best Lawyers in America. He has received this recognition continuously since 2003. |
