A. Frank Johns

Mr. Johns is an active member of NAELA-CAP (Council of Advanced Practitioners) and served as the Chair of the Steering Committee from 2006-2007. He was elected to the North Carolina Bar Elder Law Section Council in 2007.
He serves as Vice President for the Senior Resources of Guilford County. He is a published author, including books and articles, and was cited as a contributing research expert in the new book, Why Wills Won't Work. His specialized area of practice include: Elder Law, Guardianship, Disabilities, Special Needs Trusts, Education Law, Fiduciary Liability and Litigation and Ethics.
