Employment Opportunities: Not all positions are available at all times.
Associate Attorney: Prefer areas of concentration in Elder Law, Estate Planning, or Trusts.
Firm Administrator: Responsible for working with managing attorneys to carry out all the business and administrative functions of the firm, including management of firm finances, marketing, information systems, human resources and facility matters. Accounting background preferred; knowledge of Quickbooks required; at least 3+ years of law firm administration experience preferred; knowledge of Lexis Nexis Practice Advantage software strongly preferred.
Paralegal: Paralegal Certificate or Degree preferred. Experience in Elder Law, Estate Planning or Estate Administration. Fast paced, yet customer-service focused, friendly office with a small firm environment. Applicant must possess organizational and computer skills. Microsoft Office experience required. Benefits and salary commensurate with experience and proficiency.
Legal Secretary: Excellent typing skills and organizational skills. Transcription skills required. Experience in Estate Planning or Elder Law preferred. Benefits and salary commensurate with experience and proficiency.
