Fiduciary Litigation

Trustees, Executors, and Attorneys-in-fact have a fiduciary responsibility to the beneficiaries, estates, and principals they serve. Where that duty is breached, we represent individuals damaged as a result of that breach. We can also represent Trustees and Attorneys-in-fact who are being sued for allegedly breaching their duty.
