As Firm Administrator, Danita is responsible for a broad range of administrative functions vital to our busy practice, including finance, facilities and practice management, information technology, human resources, and marketing.
Danita has vast experience in the legal industry and in several private sector business areas, giving her a wide-range understanding of process and management which she uses to help create the firm’s wonderful working environment. Her expertise assists the firm in consistently exceeding client expectations.

Norma is the smiling face that greets clients as they enter the office. She is the person who helps match clients to the attorneys who will best assist with their needs. She has a passion for helping others and takes extra care to listen to clients when they call into the office. She is an active member of her church and takes joy in serving others.
Marla Previtte
Legal Assistant
Marla has 32 years of experience working for attorneys, which allows her to contribute to the team on a variety of levels. As a legal assistant, her main responsibilities include providing support to the litigation and guardianship team. Marla provides superior administrative support to Mr. Johns in his many endeavors, whether they are client-related or professional commitments.
Lucy received her Bachelor’s Degree from Duke University. She is vastly experienced in asset preservation planning, estate planning, and trust and estate administration. Lucy has a deep knowledge of various government benefits programs including Medicaid, Special Assistance, CAP, and Private Duty Nursing. Lucy works with the firm’s attorneys to guide clients through the Medicaid Application process.

Cathy Ingram
IT/Administrative Support
Cathy Ingram provides administrative and IT support to the firm. She keeps the computers running smoothly and assists with the creation of newsletters and other marketing materials. Cathy enjoys biking, reading, and spending time with her two granddaughters.
With over 30 years of experience in the legal industry and with her team focus, Cindy is a valuable team member. Her primary responsibility is estate administration, but she also assists with guardianships, estate planning, and asset preservation. She is passionate about serving the elder community.
